So...

How cool is this cloud formation?  I was on my way home the other day - driving down the AA Hwy - and I happened to see this glob of clouds off in the distance which happened to look like a tornado.

I knew better....

By the time I arrived home, it was closer and at a little bit of a different angle.  It's still cool looking...

I have some cool architectural photos I made whilst jaunting in Covington with Pappy.  How can you NOT ab-so-lutley revere the Cathedral of the Basilica?  One of my favorite landmarks I have ever had the luck to visit.

They say it's your birthday....

So...

Last week was Mara's 21st Happy Birthday.  Geez...they're both catching up with me!  Since my work schedule is a smidge wonky, we didn't get to go out to eat until that Saturday.  That's cool...we made a day of it.  Cheesecake Factory, H&M and...the Lego store!!  Yay!! 

Here's the Birthday Girl!!  Choosing her first alcoholic beverage (gettin' all liquored up).  It was a Strawberry Creamcicle...and it was tasty!

I had the predictable chicken club sandwich...minus the nasty "club"...

And a giant hunk of Salted Caramel Cheesecake!!!

And you know I just like looking at random patterns...

We cleaned up at H&M...thanks to Emily's coupon...and...I got a new Lego set.  :)  Everybody was happy.

There's no accounting for some people's tastes...

Ok...

If this is your house...please, please, please tell me why you hate your neighbors?  And if you are a neighbor being forced to live in this 'hood?  Mea culpa.  Not all humans have this much "style".

Here are the rest of the photos of the tree out in front of work from the foggy nights.

It was almost as if the fog was a living, breathing entity.  It felt like a mass of Tinkerbells brushing up against your skin.  You can see the twinkling in the flagpole light.

These last two photos are of the Crepe Myrtle growing next to the front entrance.  It was magical.
