Ok...
Here are a few "Out and About Town" photos.
Adventures.
James Brown...ArtWorks mural on Liberty Street in Cincinnati. (designed by Jenny Ustick - one of my professors at NKU)
Big Mac
Cincinnati Art Museum - DeWitt Entrance
Lunch
Applebee's (terrible food - probably my last visit for a while)
Doh!
Well...
Always read the fine print...
“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid
in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”
~Hunter S. Thompson

Life is too short to have boring hair....
So...
Mara had her hair cut this week and donated it again, this time to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. Not too shabby, I must say...on both fronts.
(Lots and LOTS of posing going on these days...)

My doctor asked if any members of my family suffered from insanity. I replied, "No, we all seem to enjoy it."
Ok...
So here are a few photos from our latest adventures. We've been having Friday "Weigh-in Day/Cheat Day/Adventure Day" every week. So far, so good...
We went to the Butterfly exhibit at Krohn Conservatory (a couple of months ago) and apparently, I was way too lazy to post all of the photos...I still have butterfly photos to process. Doh!
One of out Adventure Days took Mara, Pappy and I to the Cincinnati Art Museum, Smale Park and dinner at Panera Bread.
These two....
Emily came up the next day and we spent the day having breakfast at Frisch's, Thrifting and visiting Smale Park (again). Emily wanted to visit Carol Ann's Carousel for possible engagement photos.
We were test driving the patio set I am aiming to purchase for the deck. Picked up the rug at Lowe's today - discounted, of course.
Shenanigans at the Dari-Bar in Silver Grove for today's Cheat/Adventure....then we were off to Augusta for a visit. (Some of us cheated a little more than others this day...Pappy.)
Pappy was watching the birds eating the leftover french fries on the table next to ours.
I still have over 100 photos to process and post...cross your fingers. :)

"Beauty is a nectar which intoxicates the soul." ~T.C. Henley,
So...
Mara, Pappy and I have been on several adventures the past couple of weeks. Some good...some not so good.
This was one of the good ones.
Cincinnati Art Museum. (If you haven't had a chance to visit the Tiffany Glass: Painting with Color and Light exhibit, it is a must. It runs until August 13th, so make plans.)
No matter how many times I visit the Cincinnati Art Museum, I am forever drawn to the Cincinnati wing. Hiram Powers, I promise, was a master.
These last three of my "girls"...Holy. Crap. I love them!
